Ignorance is everywhere. It's even right outside your door.
I took this picture of anti-Obama protestors last Monday. All I had to do was walk across the street from my apartment, stand in front of the Lincoln Park Student Center, and open my phone. There I found these posters featuring both Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and President Obama with Adolf-style crumb catchers.
Although I was pleasantly surprised to see that the picture I took makes the large "Why Obama Must Be Impeached" signage look like it reads simply "peach"-sometimes-slang meaning everything's fine-it's obvious this group's message is anything but.
Little did we all know that Reid, a Mormon from Nevada whose speaking voice is akin to a frail, loving grandfather, is actually a Nazi. And while President Obama admitted early in his term that he can't grow much for facial hair, here he is sporting a majorly divisive style.
As shameful as it may seem, irresponsible speech like this-you know, equating our current president with the man and policies that murdered millions of people and decimated an entire continent-can happen on DePaul's campuses. You have to remember that sidewalks are public property. They're yours and mine. We can say what we want on them without anyone's permission.
That's America. And I love it; because without it I wouldn't have any material, might not even be able to write this.
In the seconds that I tolerated standing near the two guys running this sideshow-two typical twenty-somethings in college garb-I heard one of them explain in an all-too-scripted manner that President Obama is ending NASA.
Yes, he's just scrapping the whole department. Bye NASA.
The homepage for LaRouche Political Action Committee, which these posters lead you to, has an article headlined "Why Obama Must Be Impeached" that confirms what this sad young man said wasn't misheard: "Obama's stated intention, to shut down and destroy the NASA program at its root, when added to the Hitler-like health-care policy, and the general, destructive features of all other leading Obama policies, is one step too far."
Hitler-like health-care? Does that mean I won't be able to see my doctor anymore because I've got brown hair and I'm a raging homosexual? Seriously. Bust out the white Nikes and jumpsuits. This is the kind of lunacy that people killed themselves over when Hale-Bop flew past earth.

The Larouche cult is a very sick cult. Larouche is nothing but a convicted criminal whose cult gang stole nearly 34 million dollars from their elderly supporters years ago. (Continued…)

If you thought that Obama poster was bad
back in 1976 and 1980 they had a poster with Jimmy Carter's face in a mushroom cloud
they are a bunch of sicko pups
but the more relevant question for all you budding social scientists--how do they get that way?
learn it at home maybe?
the Know Nothings in 19th century politics like to burn Catholic churches in Philadelphia and beat up on Irish immigrants
nothing has changed
