DePaul student involved in hit-and-run death

DePaul University political science student Talia Ramos, 22, is being held by police, allegedly involved in a hit-run incident on Chicago's Northwest side.
The Chicago Tribune reports that Ramos has been charged with failure to notify police and give information and four other driving offenses following a car crash that killed Arturo Bracho, 57.

One wonders what causes a person to leave the scene of an accident. My prayers go out to both the driver and her victim. It's easy to scorn Ms. Ramos and, frankly, that is my first inclination. (Continued…)

This girl doesn't attend Depaul and never did. She lied to the police and everyone else about that. Not surprising from someone who would leave a guy to die just to save her own skin. (Continued…)
